While many signage companies utilise the services of others with an outsourcing business model, we design, fabricate and manufacture all of our signage at our premises. In addition to keeping our pricing competitive, our in-house manufacturing capabilities means we maintain total control over the quality of your signage project. Our manufacturing facilities include:

• 2 x 5 tonne overhead cranes enabling large sign fabrication

• D vacuum moulding up to 4.35 metres x 2.52 metres, with finished product sizes with draws up to 750mm

• 3D routing machine with a 4 metre x 1.8 metre bed

• Metal fabrication facilities including 3 metre guillotine and 3 metre brake press

• Fully equipped paint booth for 2-Pac spray painting

• Dedicated vinyl room complete with vinyl plotter and cutter
